The selected hotels for the 95th UIM General Assembly are the NOVOTEL hotel and the IBIS hotel, both being part of one building complex located on Hamad Bin Abdulla Road in the City-Centre of Fujairah.

Novotel and Ibis Fujairah are a 5 minutes’ drive away from the City's landmarks and shopping malls. The building complex is 1h30 drive from the Dubai International Airport.

The following negotiated rates for ‘full board’ accommodation (incl. local charges) are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and apply for participants and guests attending the UIM General Assembly and meeting week.​

  • Novotel Standard room, Single occupancy : 400 AED per night – approx. 110$

  • Novotel Standard room, Double occupancy : 520 AED per night (2 persons) – approx. 140$

  • Ibis Standard room, Single occupancy :  340 AED per night – approx. 95$

  • Ibis Standard room, Double occupancy : 430 AED per night (2 persons) – approx. 120$

 

(For information, the local currency AED is pegged to the US Dollar since 1997 at the rate of 1 USD = 3,67 AED)

CATERING FOR NOVOTEL & IBIS HOTELS

For guests lodging at NOVOTEL and IBIS Hotels, please note that breakfast and lunch buffets will be provided in the main restaurant of the NOVOTEL (lobby level), whereas in the evenings, a dinner buffet will be offered at the NOVOTEL outside, next to the swimming pool on the 1st floor, as from Monday 17th October until Sunday 23rd October 2022. For the delegates checking-in before Monday 17th, the dinner buffet will be set up in the main restaurant of the NOVOTEL (lobby level).

  • Breakfast:  6.30 am – 10.30 am

  • Lunch:        12.00 pm – 2 pm

  • Dinner:       6.30 pm – 10.00 pm

BOOKING PROCEDURE

Please complete the Hotel booking form that will be sent to you separately by e-mail, together with the invitation to attend the 95th UIM General Assembly and meeting week in Fujairah.

 

Once you have completed and returned said form, an email confirmation will automatically be sent to you by the Hotel.

  1. All reservations must be made prior to 15th September 2022 in order to benefit from the negotiated preferential rates

  2. Room availability and preferential rates cannot be guaranteed after that date

  3. Any cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the arrival day will result in one night charge

  4. ‘No-shows’ will be subject to one night charge

 

Check-in / check-out time:

Please note that the check-in time is 2:00 pm or later; early check-in is subject to room availability

Check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon) at the latest. The check-out time has been extended to 4:00 pm for guests departing on Sunday 23rd October.
