VISA PROCEDURE
The participants and guests will be issued a Visa on arrival at the airport.
Only citizens of the following nationalities require a Visa to be issued prior to travelling to the UAE. They are invited to email copy of their passport together with a portrait photograph to Mrs. April Rose at coordinator@fimc.ae copy director@fimc.ae and admin@fimc.ae
KINDLY NOTE THAT THIS PROCEDURE WILL REQUIRE 7 WORKING DAYS TO BE COMPLETED.
TRANSFER FROM/TO DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OR SHARJAH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Complimentary transfer will be offered to all delegates and guests travelling to Dubai (or Sharjah) for attending the 95th UIM General Assembly in Fujairah.
In order to regroup the transfer services, guests may be requested to face a brief waiting time upon arrival, in case other UIM delegates arrive at the airport within the same time window. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
A driver will welcome you in the arrival hall, displaying the following signboard:
For your departure, the pick-up time at the NOVOTEL Hotel is 4 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
Information on airport transfers will be displayed in the lobby of the NOVOTEL Hotel, next to the desk of the Fujairah International Marine Club.
