The maximum number of administrators being 17, including the mandate of Fred Hauenstein that expires 2022

Elective offices: 1 President and 4 members
The remaining 4 members are Presidents of COMINSPORT, COMINTECH, COMINOFF and Aquabike Committee (Ref. to By-laws Art. 8.4)
CHAIRS AND MEMBERS OF INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEES
Composition and nomination to be dealt by the UIM Council for a four-year period, during Council meeting to be held on Sunday 23rd October, following the General Assembly
Formula 1 World Championship Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.7)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman
Aquabike International Management Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.8)
Nomination: 4 representatives of each organizing continent/National Authority
The Chairman/Chairwoman is the permanent race and sports commissioner
The remaining 4 members seating in the Committee are the promoter, technical commissioner and two safety commissioners.
Safety Cockpit Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.9)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman
The members seating in the committee are the COMINSPORT President, expert on composites and design, Sports Doctor, Boat builders’ representative, Rescue team representative
Formulae World Championship Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.11)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman
The members seating in the committee are the promoter, COMINSPORT President, COMINTECH President, Engine manufacturers & boatbuilders representative, Drivers and teams representative, Safety Cockpit Chairman, COMINSAFE President, Sports & Technical commissioners
Formula Future Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.12)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman and 8 members
Ref. By-laws Art. 8.12.4: Members to be appointed among representatives of National Authorities with international Formula Future activities
Equality Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.13)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman and up to 8 members
Ref. By-laws Art. 8.13.1: the appointment of the chairperson and members is valid for one year and automatically renews for a further period of one year unless the Council withdraws the appointment or replaces the relevant function with another person for the end of the year.
Athletes Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.14)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman and up to 8 members
Ref. By-laws Art. 8.14.1, members shall preferably be active athletes of different classes. the appointment of the chairperson and members is valid for one year and automatically renews for a further period of one year unless the Council withdraws the appointment or replaces the relevant function with another person for the end of the year.
Youth Development Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.15)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman and up to 8 members
Ref. By-laws Art. 8.15.2, the Executive Committee can also propose candidates
MotoSurf Committee (Ref. By-laws Art. 8.16)
Nomination: 1 Chairman/Chairwoman and up to 8 members.
Ref. By-laws Art. 8.16.2, the Executive Committee can also propose candidates and one seat is to be reserved for the promoter
